Activities at First
Baywood Crossing is a nearby nursing home where we go weekly to offer residents an opportunity to worship with hymn singing, a devotional, and prayer.
Bible Study is offered at Sunday School, Brown Bag and Bible, Presbyterian Women, and through Men’s Ministry.     
Brown Bag and Bible is a group of people exploring the Word and applying it to our lives. It is led by our pastor with time for discussion, Bring your lunch! 
Brunch and Book Group meets monthly for lively discussions on a book selected by the group. . Bring a dish to share.
Decluttering Group is a support group for sharing ways to simplify life and organize your home.  They meet on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 6:00 pm in room 11.  
First Sunday Lunch is an opportunity to share good food and fellowship.  Usually everyone brings a dish to share, For special events there may be barbecue or a hot dog lunch.  Everyone is welcome to attend.
Garden Ministry is maintained primarily by the men of the church.  Using church property, produce is grown and shared with members and others.  
Intercessory Prayer Group
meets weekly on Thursday at 11:00 am. to pray for the concerns of members, the community, and the world.
Men’s Ministry includes men who meet regularly for Bible study and fellowship.  They help maintain the building and grounds and do service projects at Mo-Ranch.
Music Ministry provides a vibrant and vital part of the worship experience.  We have both an adult choir and an inter-generational bell choir.
Prayer Shawl Ministry meets weekly to crochet and knit,  teach others, and prayerfully give what is made to someone who needs a lift.
Presbyterian Women meet monthly for Bible study, fellowship, service, and mission work.
Wonderful Wednesdays is a  time of fellowship, where you can hear an interesting speaker and enjoy a pot luck salad or soup supper.  The group meets one Wednesday a month.
Young at Heart meets on the third Thursday of each month to play games or go on field trips, and always to  eat!  This is a great group of people, aged 55 or older, who kick up their heels and enjoy the journey.
