What We Believe

God exists in the trinity of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Presbyterians believe that Christ is the Son of God, the revealer of God, and the Savior of humanity.

The Holy Spirit is the presence of God in the world and the believer.

The Bible is the inspired word of God.  The reading, hearing, preaching, and confessing of the Word are central to Christian worship.  By studying the scriptures we can begin to know of God’s faithfulness, constant love and eternal goodness.

Baptism is a sacrament that unites us with Jesus Christ and makes us members of God's family.

Holy Communion, also called the Lord's Supper or the Eucharist, is a sacrament in which we are united with one another across time and space and with our Lord, whom we know to be spiritually present with us.  In this sacrament, we are nourished, strengthened, and renewed; and we anticipate the great heavenly feast that awaits us all.
